To whom it may concern, Although it was not planned, this year on June 22nd Eliza Nirza, an aspiring architectural design drafter and her friends were in attendance at a construction industry expo in San Francisco. The Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) is the largest gathering of construction industry professionals and material suppliers in the world. Convening each year at Moscone Center in San Francisco, PCBC has, for years, held an attraction for me as a training venue, a learning experience and a current building technologies survey helping me to stay abreast of new advances in Architectural Design, Structural Engineering and sustainable construction. I was so pleased and startled to find Eliza and her entourage at the show that I offered to spend some time showing them around. I have to admit there was very little I could mention that Eliza and friends had not already analyzed and were prepared to promote in detail, right there on the exhibit floor. Personally, I can emphatically attest to the impact this imaginative woman has on the people around her. Witnessing her take the time to show up at such a worthwhile and valuable learning opportunity and embrace it so thoroughly is just another sign of who this one will finally become,... a professional.
