HRD Corp is a government agency in Malaysia under the Ministry of Human Resources that was set up to drive human capital development in the country. One of our purview is the enhancement of training quality both in terms of content and delivery. Fittingly, we came across Elizabeth through LinkedIn and we approached her to design a 90 minute virtual presentation for our bootcamp. What we wanted was a hands on, basic guide on how to establish a powerful online presence through digital marketing. The target were trainers and training providers with differing experience and success in digital marketing. Liz delivered in spades. She generously shared practical tips on how to analyze and review websites and profiles. The strategies and tips that she shared were very useful for training professionals and they were applicable immediately. Liz was such a huge success that we proceeded to engage her for 2 more bootcamps. This time, she was there in person engaging with audiences of more than a hundred pax each time. Her sessions have the best engagement without fail as participants approached her both during her sessions and throughout the events for more information and personalized help. She gave fully of her time and experience to attend to anyone who approached her. It’s been a privilege to have Elizabeth with us for the 3 bootcamps and I would definitely recommend her to any organization seeking a knowledgeable and engaging speaker, trainer or coach on the topic of digital marketing. It was great to hear Elizabeth on stage for 3 Bootcamps organized by HRDCorp Malaysia in Putrajaya, Penang and Johor. She shared with a large group of trainers and training providers on what are the crucial elements that they need to be mindful of and must have in their digital marketing efforts. Elizabeth was not only incredibly helpful in providing insights to the online recruiting process (which has changed so much with technology!), but she also coached me on techniques to intelligently use LinkedIn to expand my network in a new industry.
