  I recruited, screened, interviewed, trained and placed volunteers. My efforts boosted volunteer hours from 45K per year to 77k in three years. I accomplished this by partnering with pre-med programs at Loyola, Goucher and Hopkins. I also speared a committed that launched a mentoring program in conjunction with Frederick Douglass High School and The Mentoring Institute that became a national model sponsored by Hopkins.
