I've been fortunate to know and am pleased to recommend Ms. Martinez. I came to know Elizabeth while she was working toward a Certificate in Applied Leadership. In truth, her accomplishment in this area preceded the experience of our program. However, she participated with open-mindedness (as well as a healthy sense of skepticism), patience and generosity to support and honor others in the program. Elizabeth is a highly intelligent individual with rugged discipline and work-ethic. In our program she found a deeper awareness of her own strengths and is well on her way to realizing and apply them in greater service. She is an authentic leader.

Elizabeth is perhaps the most self-motivated and self-directed student I have had in 20 years of teaching. In addition, the quality of her work is invariably of high quality.

As a Business Analyst, I have used Google Apps to develop weekly tracking and reporting tools to assess operational efficiencies within the Ordering Services team. In addition, I have been working with the Launchpad 2020 Process Design team to launch the upcoming update to Launchpad. My responsibility on the Process Design team is to provide support to ensure that the website interface, and the launch of the update, is accessible to students, families, and staff.
