Liz is an incredible manager who always finds a way to accomplish any task. Some people do things right, Liz always does the right thing. Her decision skills, commitment to the mission and incredible sense of accountability makes her one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasured of working with. I have seen her manage one of the largest service centers in a major hurricane event, coordinate a disaster training institute for over 200 people, increase the capacity of the Red Cross in Connecticut and develop a cadre of amazing disaster responders around her. With Liz, there is no limit to capacity building and community partnerships. One of these days, I hope to find a way to work with Liz again hand in hand. A 2.5 hour commute made it impossible to continue in the past. I could not ask for a better partner. You are the best Liz.
