I have known Elizabeth for over 12 years. During that time we partnered on implementing and maintaining a web-based system for special education management in the School District of Philadelphia. The system allowed users to create documents that met with federal and state regulations while simultaneously meeting district mandated compliance obligations. The process of embracing an electronic solution was a paradigm shift for this large urban district. Elizabeth’s role was leading central office and school based staff through understanding the workflows, analyzing and supporting implementation plans, providing professional development before, during and after the project, and managing the project through various phases of growth. Due to the fact that Elizabeth is client-centered, involved at every level of development and implementation, a strong leader with a high level of respect for her clients and an exemplary level of professionalism, our time together was productive and meaningful.
