  I intervened and de-escalated public crises alongside an officer to maintain equilibrium and safety within Fairfax county. I was able to enhance interpersonal and professional skills by building rapport with Fairfax community and law enforcement personnel. My competence was strengthened in child exploitation, abuse, and sex crimes by shadowing three field professionals. I conducted ethnographic research about law enforcement mental health trainings to investigate their functionalities.
