It’s rare and amazing that you come across standout talents like Elizabeth. I had the pleasure of working with her for almost two years at Cititrust Holdings Plc and we are still colleagues at Reaprite Global Ltd. Elizabeth filled the role of Human Resource Manager and Head, Human Resource Manager respectively. I am particularly always impressed by Elizabeth’s ability to handle even the toughest situations regarding recruitment of professional and quality talents, effectively playing the role of the middle man between management and employees and adequately resolving conflict amongst members of staff.
