Primary responsibilities included; management of the day to day operations of the (CRC) call center for multiple government accounts within the FedTraveler E-Government Travel Service to include; NASA, SEC, USCIS and JPAC. Disseminate information obtained from the FMR, JTR, JFTR, FEMA, and SDDC etc to 40 – 65 travel counselors including tele-workers and quality assurance agents, Developed, trained and maintained the QA Program for all government accounts awarded to CI Travel. Prepared performance matrix reports, handled customer service related problems and questions thought various modes of communications, revised work shifts as needed, prepared employee evaluations, tele-conference training, and trained all new employees regarding E-Gov Travel Service per account. Additionally, managed an annual $30 million of official government travel that required managing 10 on-site offices across the U. S. with a staff of 18 employees. Implemented a new telephone distribution system, created and developed the standards of work procedure and policy for tele-workers. Lead the transition team for NASA and USCIS to the E-Government Travel Service. Former Quality Assurance Manager on the NASA account. Lead the advance team for the start up of the USCIS account. Hired and trained new employees, developed a Quality Assurance procedure, worked closely with the (COTR) contracting officer technical representative for the government to meet and exceed contract compliance, and created the (ACD) automatic call distribution flow for the account. Lead the advance team for the start up of a $15 million contract between C I Travel and Hickam AFB. Coordinated work effort with government officials in Contracts, Procurement, Safety and TMO, plus GDS and Telecommunications. Coordinated and participated in the physical set up of the Hickam AFB operation, and provided training and orientation to new employees.
