I serve as the Program Manager and work with the team of content experts in building robust programs, needs assessment, infrastructure, and program design and delivery; develop presentations and other materials for use during program-related events and as training resources; ensure consistent branding for all grant-related materials, develop efficiencies and innovations; market the trainings; recruit, assist with training and orientation of all consultants; supervise and develop the program team; manage grant performance standards; control expenses and update project budgets on a monthly basis; manage consultant's teaching schedules and expenses; monitor program activities to ensure quality and accuracy of outcomes based on grant commitments; and facilitate logistical aspects of trainings including: maintaining a training date calendar, handle scheduling requests, coordinating with facilities, updating the registration site and website, and preparing handouts and travel guides for trainings. After each training, I analyze pre and post-tests as well as evaluations, provide summary analysis of evaluation data, and send out and analyze 6-month evaluations. Finally, I answer incoming questions on all programs, trouble-shoot and problem-solve for clients, and attend all trainings.

I provided technical assistance to law enforcement agencies in active cases, prepared training curricula, taught SEARCH investigative courses, developed and produced podcasts, and spoke at conferences throughout the United States.
