  Supervised production, 3 direct reports and managed inventory of ceramic powder for commercial use. Developed and executed in-line quality inspection criteria for deliverable product and implemented corrective actions. Performed in-depth failure analysis and quality assurance, providing feedback for redesign and testing apparatus. Reviewed and identified a support issue causing uneven distribution and plate fractures. Worked with mechanical engineer to redesign the testing fixture, correcting the issue and influencing the program direction. Applied ATSM standards to mechanical strength testing of ceramic widgets.
