Elizabeth also managed the company’s Joint Land Use Study efforts and was responsible for public outreach (including managing project websites and administering and analyzing public surveys), demographic research, and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analyses. Elizabeth also served as the project manager for a number of encroachment management projects for Navy and Marine Corps clients and has demonstrated expertise in identifying common military and civilian interests and opportunities in the area of sustainability, land use compatibility, and environmental planning. She has assisted several communities and military installations in forming and facilitating joint collaborative forums designed to identify issues of regional impact and engage in problem solving in a collaborative manner.
