If you are in the I.T. industry then you know just as I do that most recruiters do not take the time to get to know you and want to know what you are interested in your next employment role. Most of the time I try to get off the phone with recruiters as quickly as can. My conversation with Elizabeth was "a blessing" when compared to other recruiters I have worked with in the past. It was a pleasure to speak with her. Unlike other recruiters simply search for keywords on your resume and call you for positions that don't match your skill sets or requirements, Elizabeth actually took the time to ready my entire resume, before she ever talked me. She took the time to research me and my background before she ever called me. She did not waste my time asking me useless questions just so she could add me to her database, but took the time to get to know me on a personal level. She was interested in my personal like, including my family. She is by far an impressive person and she is an enjoyable person to talk to.
