I conducted usability research using prospective users that produced actionable reports for the design and engineering teams in order to serve customer's needs. I developed the study design and tasks to in order to test the research questions, as well as administrated and scheduled research participants. Using a variety of research methods including card sorting, moderated usability testing, and surveys, facilitated research on mobile, desktop, and in-person testing environments.
