Mooting
-
Oct 2014 - May 2016
I took part in my first moot (contract law based) in October. I acted on behalf of the appellant on the grounds that consideration had not been provided. I won my grounds of appeal. Joshua Hazelwood, a BPTC student at UWE and previous master of mooting, judged my moot. In my feedback he complemented me on my confidence for a first moot. He also praised me on the layout and content of my skeleton argument, showing it to other mooters as a guide of what to aim for. I took part in my first moot (contract law based) in October.
