Tuve el placer de compartir con Elizabeth durante mas de 10 años. He acompañado su crecimiento dentro de la organización, como también vi sus logros en cuanto a la creación de una marca que era totalmente local a ser Latina y reconocida por la multinacional Falck. Tambien valore lo que Elizabeth consiguió en cuanto la area de servicio al cliente en una evolución hacia la nocion de experiencia de cliente con marca, empleado... El NPS, en un esfuerzo combinado con las otras areas se estabilizo encima de 80 en Grupo emi.
