Throughout the years as a partner of Key Harbor I have invested myself fully in the betterment of my business. That has involved earning my locksmith licensure in the state of North Carolina, becoming a resource to the entire staff on all things technical in our area of expertise, developing procedures to streamline processes, developing and implementing budgets and projections, among many other things. I headed our marketing efforts for a time, designed an effective inventory system, managed a difficult and ever-changing inventory, developed new product cross-references, trained / managed staff, resolved customer issues, sourced new products, and verified / maintained quality of products and services.
