UX/UI Design: I created a style guide that covers everything from our branding to the design of interface components. I design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for our trading platform. All design decisions are driven by our user-centered design framework, including user research, competitor analyses and best practices. I also design conference materials, develop CSS specifications and write the code for our marketing website. User Research: I conduct user research and engagement through surveys, quarterly newsletters and social media. I collect, organize and catalog all user feedback to help drive design decisions and product strategy. I created an extensive model that catalogs feedback and provides data on how our releases impact feedback. Product Strategy: I hold a weekly product pipeline meeting during which I present updates on current projects, plans for upcoming projects, team allocation and provide strategic insight into future prioritizations. Project Management: I build timelines, develop project specifications, determine team resource allocation and manage all projects and tasks given to the Development Team. I designed and implemented a project prioritization process. Quality Assurance (QA): Our QA sessions result in styling checks, functionality tests and accessibility reviews. I also create models for company wide testing to ensure our products work across multiple devices and follow all SEC/FINRA rules.
