As a member of Elizabeth's GHS 2021 cohort, I have had the privilege of working directly with Elizabeth in our Global Mental Health Innovation course. One of Elizabeth's most striking qualities shines through in her informal leadership capabilities, such as her ability to facilitate team discussion and incorporate valuable ideas from her team. This was demonstrated all throughout our ideating process in creating a final mental health innovation in collaboration with our partners in the Democratic Republic of the Congo where her adaptability allowed her to quickly suggest changes to our innovation in response to new information. Yet it is not only her ability to quickly adjust to new information and situations that was impressive, but her resiliency in relentlessly balancing multiple commitments under stressful time periods. Having worked with Elizabeth for months, I can confidently endorse her has an invaluable addition to any team!
