Wildcat Ridge Residence, Pitkin County, Colorado: Project Manager for the new owner’s renovation as well as the original project (completed in 2004). Responsibilities included meeting and communicating with the owner and his representatives, coordinating the work of the consultants and the contractor, and working with the design team planning, designing and detailing the project. Olana Museum and Visitor Center, Hudson, NY: Project Manager for the entire master planning phase, organizing the budgeting with the cost estimator, coordinating with the landscape architect, bridge engineers and owner and ultimately with the financial planning consultants who prepared a revised program, operating budget and budget for capital costs. Newark International Airport Terminal B Modernization, Newark, NJ: Lead design, detailing and coordination with consultants for the complex $50 million additions to Newark Airport’s connectors between the main Terminal B and its gates. The project included a 100,000 SF expansion of the security screening and queuing areas for departing passengers including new Lounge spaces for in-transit passengers and enhanced departures and baggage claim halls. Pound Ridge Family Foundation, Westchester, NY: Project Manager for an office space and guest quarters for a family foundation with an extensive collection of art and books. Responsibilities included working with the client and consultant team to coordinate issues of zoning and land planning, structural and building enclosure design, art and book display as well as state-of-the-art office facilities in a residential setting.
