Elizabeth is an amazing person and marketer. She is great to work with - willing to learn and dive into anything, wants feedback and acts on it, and is a blast to be around too. Our (the Poise brand) social media presence has greatly improved and blossomed under her direction. Her analytical abilities grew exponentially while we worked together, and she is really good at taking the numbers and data and creating the 'so what' story and explaining why it all matters and recommending next steps. Her interpersonal and soft skills as impressive as well. I've seen her managing innovation projects and cross functional teams with ease, and deftly handle some choppy waters and setbacks within those teams. A final anecdote: I had a grizzled, veteran packaging engineer tell me that she was the best marketer he had ever work with. In the 5 years I've known him, I don't think he ever praised the marketing team before Elizabeth came along. I highly recommend Elizabeth. You will not regret having her on your team.

If you're reading this and you happen to be the position to hire a talented, ambitious, creative, and genuinely kind-hearted person, you'd be remiss not to consider Elizabeth Maurath! I've had the privilege of mentoring Elizabeth for the past few years and every time I speak with her, I'm highly impressed by her dedication and resourcefulness as it relates to her personal and professional development. She consistently seeks new opportunities to couple her love for philanthropy and community service with her professional goals and ambitions at the adidas Group. Elizabeth is truly a right brain / left brain thinker. She's organized, thoughtful, and wise beyond her years. I can't say enough great things about Elizabeth and I'm certain her path to success has only just begun....
