  We are pleased to bring together three organizations, The WISH Program, Charlotte Emergency Housing, and Family Promise of Charlote to more effectively and efficiently serve Charlotte's homesless families. Our new, innovative two-phase continuum of care model will provide supportive transitional sheltering and affordable housing for many homeless families in need. We will have two permanent shelter locations coupled with scattered sites for shelter and subsidized rental housing, integrating the national best practice of sheltering and housing homeless families in neighborhoods spread throughout our community.
