  FDF is a yearly greek dance competition where parishes from the southwest U.S. come to compete against each other. I have volunteered my time the past several years to helping plan and run a successful event. I served on the events team for 3 years. I planned events for the weekend of the Greek dance competition that included a children's carnival, opening and closing ceremonies, workshops, and worked closely with vendors. I also worked the stage for 1 year and ensured the competition went according to schedule by helping set the stage for each group, announcing groups, checking in groups, and crowd controlling.
