  As a claims prevention specialist, I worked the OS&D bay for one large break terminal and four smaller terminals. My role was to investigate freight that was over, short, lost or damaged. I was able to utilize an advanced camera system to locate missing freight to mitigate claims and work on process improvement on the dock. I handled all of the hazardous waste and reported incidents to PES before properly disposing of them for all terminals in my care. I became a regional trainer for OS&D and would travel to teach new hires about the job as well as offer support once back at my domiciled terminal.
