Selected Accomplishments: • Obtained millions of dollars in settlements for clients through pre-trial negotiations, mediation, and trial. • Consistently lowered medical bills and liens for clients by negotiating with insurance and medical providers. • Reduced operating costs by identifying alternate vendors for health insurance and other services. • Played a key role in settling a multi-million-dollar NFL concussion lawsuit, with 12 others in progress.
