I've Been in Customer Service (BPO) for more than 3 years. And got promoted to Operations Supervisor after 2 years of being a Customer service Agent.I have worked in Retail, Hotel, and Telco Accounts and We use mainly use Citrix as the server of our applications. We used Medallia for our feedback, and also to analyze what went wrong, and what needs to be kept and improve to bring out the best customer service. And not only analyze performance through power bi, but I also dissect and listen to calls to check the quality. Adjusting to new tools is a challenge that I would embrace to make sure to be efficient and effective. I also take an outbound call for follow-ups (if needed).I do believe that providing customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business. For more than a year I am trained for admin tasks (ms office), and also taking escalated calls, so I am capable of handling difficult situations and thinking of alternative solutions to provide the best service!
