      Inspired Coffee is a coffee shop that employs adults with disabilities to teach them job skills! We put them on a training program and eventually help them find a long term job that they enjoy doing! We are launching pad not a landing pad! Our goal is for them the be “launched” out into the community & gain a level independence. Which is different for each and everyone one of them! We always have trainees graduating & new ones coming into the program! Working at Inspired has been a wonderful experience! All of these adults have different stories, different functioning levels & different goals! Bringing in & working with new trainees is my favorite part of the job! They all have so much potential and it’s great bringing it out of all of them. Show less
