    • Head of Programme Operations
      • Mar 2004 - Feb 2016

Leading member of the team that brought the ground-breaking osteopathy programme to the northern half of the UK. The unique part-time format for mature students was designed to widen access to the profession for talented people who would otherwise be excluded due to geographical or socio-economic disadvantage. As a result, qualified graduates are now opening osteopathic practices where the populations were historically under-served: across the midlands and northern counties, Wales, Scotland and the island of Ireland, in turn supporting the NHS and providing a much valued service to members of the public facing pain, restricted mobility, injury, chronic conditions and other health problems. The programme is still thriving.
