Given the nature of the business, it was vital to align the design of many of VetCentric's processes and systems with the legal and ethical requirements of the veterinary industry and Betsy was a key partner and advisor in my role as project manager. It was the unique blend of medical professionalism and business experience that Betsy brings to the table that made her so invaluable a resource to me - that said, her always positive personality and generous nature made her an absolute joy to work with on a personal level as well.
