  I oversaw a team of 6 adult leaders, 5 teen leaders and a group of 30 - 40 teens. I created leadership development opportunities for teenagers. Oversaw many events including a lock-in attended by 102 teenagers with 20 chaperons. Developed a monthly service project for the group that includes serving at Hastings Family Service, Feed My Starving Children, as well as adopted Lake Isabelle Park.   I successfully created a partnership between UW-RF and SPPS through a sustainable service learning project called Falcon Tutors. The program was a great success and I even spoke at a few University of Wisconsin system collaboration workshops. I also partnered with UW-RF Chapter of Upward Bound to create service learning projects for their students serving primarily the St. Paul, MN community. Through Upward Bound I collaborated with the St. Paul Parks and Recreation department, Como Zoo and several local elementary schools within the SPPS. Show less
