Between 2014 and 2016 I completed the Ervia Graduate Programme. As a part of this I worked in four different departments across Ervia and the civil service. The programme also gave me the opportunity to be involved in a project with Irish Water that overlapped with my rotations. Below is a short description of the work I was involved in.1. Overall attendance of 1,300 personnel, 77% of Ervia personnel.2. Irish Water, Graduate Project, Change Management Lead, Feb ‘16 – July ‘16Responsible for meeting subject matter experts to identify the current process for tracking Irish Water’s workforce and performed financial analysis.Devised change management plan.Presented findings to executive board. Project was subsequently progressed towards implementation.3. Dept. of Environment Community & Local Government, Water Services Analyst, Oct ‘15 – April ‘16Responsible for sense checking and standardising information supplied by the Local Authorities for 83 waste water treatment plants across the country.Put together the first draft of Statutory Instrument to amend drinking water legislation in Ireland.4. Ervia Group Finance, Business Planning Analyst, April ‘15 – Oct ‘15Researched the requirements for an Ervia Business Planning Tool.Involved in writing the Joint Investment Approval Committee (JIAC) Form outlining the benefits of this Business Planning Tool.5.
