  As a Team Lead, my responsibilities of creating content continued, while also managing a team of two Experience Architects. - Continued to create supplementary resources to support student volunteers for the CSSG Volunteer Program- Developed "Volunteer Guides" for each individual volunteer position that was available to volunteers; these guides included a position overview, performance expectations, skills developed in the volunteer experience, a step-by-step walkthrough of training, how to break down their volunteer hours and how to successfully complete their volunteering- Oversaw content that was created by Experience Architects- Worked with Design and Marketing team to create workback schedules to design all content, complete rounds of edits and finalize designed work- Worked closely with other Team Leads to collaborate on execution of content, and assist with other team's processes if related to content execution - Supported the Implementation Teams in providing processes for dissemination of content, volunteer use journey, internal trainings and collaboration on execution of CSSG program Show less
