  I am responsible for the day to day management of student services at a campus of this college. My role involves processing financial assistance applications and payments and managing the enrichment budget for the campus at which I work. I also work in a small team with 2 other people to coordinate and deliver student voice and cross college enrichment activities. In this position I also provide a first point of contact for students wishing to access both internal and external intensive support agencies.   This role involved working with a client group of 16- 25 year olds to help them to get back into work and education. Due to the vulnerability of my client group much of my work was based around helping them become work and education ready, for example, assisting with housing and substance misuse issues, or doing work on appropriate interview behaviour or anger management techniques. This role involved a lot of multi agency liaison and management of my own caseload and appointments.
