Extensive training programs were required to obtain state credentials and to keep skills current with the industry standards. Caseloads ranged from 125 to 150 claims where at least 15% were litigated claims and 45% were lost time claims. File reviews were done per customer request in person. Claims most often resulted in a timely settlement with optimal results for the customer. Customer relations/communications were one of my strongest skills on the customer file review surveys.
