Reconcile Staff Salary Distributions for 2 disease teams and ensure accurate GCCRs are reviewed by the faculty and signed by the deadline. Separate and distribute Division deficit report. Receive and compile report from all teams. Review explanations. Invoice pharmaceutical sponsors per Clinical Trial Agreement. Create RCT’s for team. Perform regular financial reconciliation, using the RCT, to ensure full revenue recovery. Create Advance Budget numbers and BPO’s for studies. Maintain BPO list and provide to vendors. Manage bill review and payment through ARIBA. Using Business Objects for RVU data prepare RVU individual reports for each faculty member. Prepare RVU summary for Division Leadership quarterly.
