Elizabeth is a very experienced HR Professional with a solid grasp on California employment law. Elizabeth is very process oriented and has strong administration and planning and organizing skills. One of Elizabeth's greatest skills is her employee advocacy. Elizabeth inherited and underperforming team and developed them into one of the most productive HR teams within the Company. All of her team as well as herself became DDI certified and used their competence to upgrade the skill level of the first line supervisors.
