Through the UConn Student-Athlete Success Program, I provided academic mentoring for undergraduate student athletes who had been identified as learning disabled and/or otherwise at-risk. This mentorship helped students to develop executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, and metacognition as well as navigate specific courses across a variety of content areas.
