She has grown so much as an employee over the last 4 years that I have worked with her. She handles the most difficult and time pressing situations with such grace and class and knows how to speak to customers in a way that calms them. She manages many projects at a time without letting anything fall through the cracks. Juggling over 1000 customers annually and managing hundreds of registrations for several different types of events is no easy task, but Liz keeps it all under control.
