Apart from my formal job description I also created and implemented a 1.5 hour consent workshop for over 200 staff and co-facilitated a successful restorative justice circle offering healing during a staff conflict. Finally, I participated in the Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship, a professional development program that guided Fellows to reflect, learn and build skills to develop a race equity lens.
