  Assisting the Estate Manager with all reactive works on site. Requesting quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing contractors to make sure they were working safely and following their risk assessment and method statements. Signing the work off and receipting the purchase order.Record all compliance tasks and aid with arranging remedial works where required. I managed the estate helpdesk and logged all work requests with the term maintenance contractor. The works were tracked through to completion, the work order closed on the system and communicated to colleagues.Conducted weekly site walk arounds.
