I worked with Elise for four years at Pierce AB as it grew from €35M€ to €135M (Elise started already in 2011, and has thus been a part of an even more impressive growth). During our shared time the marketing team grew threefold and Elise was instrumental in making sure the much needed structure grew along with the sales and the size of the team. Elise has worked in two capacities during our time together, first as Country Manager for the DACH region, and later as Campaign Planner. In the first role, Elise was managing many, many relationships (among which event partners, magazines, influencers, industry partners and associations) pioneering Pierce's hustling style relationship marketing in the region and, despite Pierce being a Swedish company, making sure that our web stores are perceived as local champions. During Elise’s tenure at Pierce, sales in the DACH region exploded from practically nothing to €25M annually, with continued strong growth today. In the second role, as Campaign Planner, Elise really shines by communicating very clearly with multiple stakeholders from across the company, managing multiple deadlines with seeming ease and making sure we always get the job done. During Elise’s period of managing campaigns, the campaign revenues have grown even faster than overall sales, and at the same time we’ve seen improved control and profitability for the business area. Elise has a great sense of keeping order in the chaos - juggling multiple overlapping projects, stakeholders and priorities without ever dropping the ball. She has, to my knowledge, never over promised and has many times stepped in to make sure that tasks do not fall between chairs. This lean-in attitude makes it a great comfort to have Elise on the team as she makes the whole team perform better. Elise is also a very friendly and much appreciated colleague and it would be my great pleasure to recommend Elise to complex roles requiring quick thinking, strong organization and God-like multitasking.
