Creation of Ap'Eco, a new alcoholic fermented beverage based on unsold organic vegetables. It is a non-sparkling, low alcoholic and non-allergenic drink. To go with it, we created a full apetizer ZERO WASTE by producing crackers. Jury's "coup de coeur", best innovative project, best marketing poster.
