I also conduct usability tests to gain insights into the user experience, pain points, motivations, goals, and needs. The goal is to find actionable recommendations for stakeholders to improve the website, aligning it with their business goals.   During my final year at university, I completed my internship at Digitalist, where I had the opportunity to work with Sweden's largest government agencies. During my internship, I learned how to conduct competitor analysis and how to use Google Analytics. Furthermore, I was tasked with creating a low-fidelity design for a new menu for a government agency based on data from Google Analytics. I also participated in a workshop aimed at gaining a better understanding of the organization's stakeholders and identifying the problems on the website, leading to hypotheses on how to address these issues. Digitalist primarily focuses on government agencies, where accessibility is a requirement, and I gained a deeper understanding of WCAG from this experience.   During my studies, I worked part-time on designing the app's booking flow, account pages, and travel pages from scratch. I collaborated closely with developers to ensure the technical aspect. This was for a startup that aimed to create an app that makes it easier to book vaccination appointments for individuals as well as family members. The app also provided reminders for upcoming vaccination appointments and recommendations for the necessary vaccinations based on the destination.   During the summer break between my studies, I secured an internship and had the opportunity to work with Klingit. During my internship, I was actively involved in projects for Blugiallo, Clas Fixare, and Vacci. For Clas Fixare, I was tasked with redesigning their service ordering process, where I did mid-fidelity design. I conducted a competitor analysis and mapped out their current challenges. With Vacci, I initiated the design work for their new vaccination app, where I took responsibility for generating high-fidelity designs. Following the conclusion of my internship, I was headhunted by Vacci and hired as their UX/UI designer part-time while continuing my studies, focusing on designing their vaccination app. Show less
