  While working at Joblift I was responsible for all machine learning solutions. I set up projects with proposed solutions and developed and implemented these. This among other things meant training, integrating (with the help of data engineers) and maintaining the reliability of models. An example of such a project was an algorithm to find similar jobs based on word embeddings (Doc2Vec). Another project was implementing a new classification method for jobs based on their descriptions with a combination of classical machine learning and natural language processing. Besides working on these projects, there were day to day tasks such as reporting, lead validation & dealing with external API’s.
