      • Project management: In January 2022, I identified a project management need related to the distribution and deployment of network probes and power monitors nationwide. Over 300 sites were ready for probe and monitor installation when I took ownership of the project. This project required cross-functional coordination between external contractors, NBI, and end-users across multiple channels.Project management best practices were employed throughout. I created 8 processes, the most impactful one allowing external contractors to be removed from the installation process and costs of service to be bulk-invoiced. I also designed 3 trackers and a Gantt Chart in order to monitor and record the progress made on the project. I created weekly project status reports to keep all key stakeholders (including the relevant government departments) informed of deliverables and timelines.I managed the pre-project phase, using my process and technical skills to ensure that the project would have the maximal chance of success. I coordinated with the network engineers to gain a technical understanding of probes and monitors which allowed me to be best placed to manage the project. Since being responsible for this project, 75 power monitors have been installed and the project is on track.• Process creation: Responsible for the creation and management of over 100 processes related to network management, KPI performance & incident support. The processes I created resulted in improvements company-wide, the most important being service and notification level processes which resulted in significant savings in government contractual penalties.• Confluence: Created the Confluence workspace for the NOC team and migrated all previous processes from OneNote. Responsible for managing the workspace, including the integration of processes created by other members of the NOC, the maintenance of articles to ensure ISO compliance & user access management.
