Elise was an exceptional manager to me during my time at Human Inc. In the year I worked with Elise, she excelled at her role as a manager by being able to delegate tasks efficiently, keep time aside to check in on the people she managed, vet through information and content and was very agile in the way she handled her workload. In such a short period of time, I was able to learn a lot from Elise in terms of better time management and developing a better overall product and content. I have seen Elise tackle problems so effortlessly during difficult moments either in the workshops itself or beforehand which makes her an excellent example to the team she leads on how to overcome difficult obstacles at work. Her confidence and vast knowledge in different fields such as developing content, business development and more makes her a great leader. I will always cherish my first manager and am so grateful for all the lessons Elise has taught me.

For my 6 months’ internship in Human Inc, I had the privilege of experiencing her forward thinking-ness, exceptional account and project management skills along with bearing witness to her grit. At many points, Elise was faced with mountainous challenges and she not only overcame them but she came out of it with introspection and a smile. She carries this trait in her BAUs too! Often in tense situations, Elise masterfully diffuses them and maintains objectivity which enabled productive next-steps.
