Shane Greenwood

They say Ginger Rogers was a better dancer than Fred Astaire because she did everything he did, but backwards and in heels. Elise is our Ginger Rogers. She recreates every Old Navy campaign quicker and in French. And she's no translator, Elise takes our creative concepts and brand voice and recreates the humor and personality to resonate with the Quebec customer. That's no small feat for a brand that lives on wordplay, quirky thoughts, and bon mots. But that's just her day job. Elise also brings her deep brand management experience to the show by handling special assignments for our marketing strategy team. And she does it all with the presence, poise, and grace of a great ballroom dancer. She's tops!

Elise is a very open minded professional, a solution-driven and result-oriented manager. She's handled several accounts while we we've worked together. She is calm, analytic and determined. She's able to defend her opinions and ideas, yet at the same is a terrific team player.
