  I became a supervisor as I was promoted on my previous role as I showed I was a dedicated hard worker, my main duties were to supervise the staff and the shop floor, giving them suitable tasks to follow, customer service, end of day cashing up aswell as opening the store. I would also be given the task of sorting out delivery and stock in the stockroom.
