L’association Elisecare a pour vocation d’apporter une aide médicale et psychologique d’urgence aux victimes de guerre et du terrorisme.Principalement implantée sur les zones de guerre en Irak, Syrie, Éthiopie, Arménie, l’association prend en charge les Survivants victimes de tortures et de violences sexuelles.L’association équipe des camions en cliniques mobiles pour atteindre au plus près les populations déplacées et réfugiées. En complément et dans une stratégie de long terme, elle construit également des cliniques fixes.
