I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, advised by Kafui Dzriasa, MD, PhD. The goal of my graduate study is to dissect the neurophysiological basis of anhedonia, a symptom of Major Depressive Disorder. I utilize multiple brain recording modalities and machine learning tools to identify neural signatures associated with stress and reward behaviors in mice.
